Questions brands ask
Do you give brands the buyer's phone number?
No. In deal registration you see the requirement itself: product, quantity, city, budget and timeline, without the buyer's name or contact details. When you pass it to one of your authorised partners, that partner receives it like any matched seller, and never more than 3 sellers get one requirement. Buyers agree to this when they send it.
Which sellers can I pass deals to?
Sellers on Infravani whose partnership with your brand we have verified (Brand partners in their seller account). Ask your partners to register and add your brand, and we check their certificate.
Can distributors apply?
Yes. Authorised distributors can apply for the brands they distribute; we confirm the authorisation on the call.
